We are delighted to welcome you and your four-legged companions to
our hotel, located on Queen Street opposite Exeter Central station,
with easy access to Northernhay Gardens for scenic walks. Please

Allowed Dogs

Dogs are allowed in all room types (Standard Double, Standard
Twin, Superior Double, Superior Family, and Suites).

A maximum of two dogs per room; no weight restriction specified
unless prior approval is obtained from hotel management.
- A £20 per night fee applies per dog.
- Service dogs are free of charge.

Dogs are welcome in designated lounge areas but not in the main
restaurant (except service dogs). They must be on leads at all
times.

Dogs cannot be left alone in rooms. Housekeeping will only clean
rooms when dogs are not present.
Guest Responsibilities, Damages, and Cleaning

Dogs must be supervised and on leads at all times within the hotel
premises.

Owners are responsible for ensuring dogs do not disturb other
guests with excessive barking.

Owners must clean up after dogs and dispose of waste properly
(disposal bags provided).
- Guests are liable for any damage caused by dogs.

A cleaning fee may apply for extra cleaning or damage after
check-out, amount to be determined by management.
